  • To apply/request to participate in or to get involved in our events (including but not limited to applying to be a stallholder, etc.);
  • To enable you to participate in or get involved in our events (including but not limited to becoming a stallholder, etc.).

Should there be any changes to such information during your relationship with us, please keep us updated.

 

We use the personal information that we receive or collect in order to process or follow up on your stall application or your other applications/requests to participate in or get involved in our events, and/or to fulfil our contractual obligations to you (if any).

  • To venue providers and/or other concerned parties to enable us to organise our events;

(c) We have a legal obligation to comply with the relevant regulatory requirements, where necessary, such as performing fraud/money laundering checks.

(d) We have a legitimate interest to handle your enquiries, complaints and to monitor and ensure the quality of our events.

Your personal information is stored electronically at our business address and may be held on servers in our outsourced data service providers with data centres which may be outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
